Warranty:
GENERAL STATEMENT REGARDING USE: This product is a multipurpose flashlight with night vision and video and audio recording capabilities. This product is authorized ONLY for lawful use by military, law enforcement and government personnel. All other use is unauthorized and strictly prohibited. WARNING: Use of this product, in whole or in part, may be unlawful. For example, some uses of the product may subject the purchaser and/or user to prosecution under local, state, federal or international laws, such as, but not limited to, laws that prohibit the surreptitious interception of oral communications. Violations of such laws may result in imprisonment or significant monetary penalties or both. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to determine whether the planned use of the product complies with all applicable laws. Northland Security Products (a division of Lynk3 Technologies, Inc.) assumes no responsibility for damages or penalties incurred resulting from the unauthorized use of the product.

LIMITED WARRANTY: This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use, and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt. The obligation of Northland Security Products under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement (at our option), during the warranty period, of any part which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use and service, provided the product is returned to Northland Security Products at the address below, shipping charges prepaid. Purchaser must register the serial number of each MII Flashcam at www.miiflashcam.com before returned to us or to an authorized Service Center. In the absence of a valid registration, the warranty period shall be ninety (90) days from the date of manufacture.

All other express warranties are hereby excluded and disclaimed. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.

This warranty is void if the product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper handling, improper electrical voltages or currents, unauthorized repair, alteration or maintenance, any use in violation of instructions furnished by us or the destruction or alteration of the product's serial number.

The limited warranty specified above shall constitute the exclusive remedy with respect to any and all claims, losses or damages relating to or arising from the product's purchase, distribution and/or use. In no event shall Northland Security Products or any other entity affiliated therewith be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the purchase, distribution and/or use of the product.

DISPOSAL: Should this product become damaged beyond repair, or for some reason its useful life is considered to be at an end, please observe all local, state and federal regulations that relate to the disposal of products that contain electronic components, plastics, metals and batteries.

SERVICE CHARGES, AND OTHER SERVICE QUESTIONS: Any service charges incurred in the return of the product are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user unless such service falls within the manufacturer's limited warranty.
